We ship internationally to the following countries :
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Repulic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (metropolitan only), Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
Where do you ship from ?
We ship from the beautiful city of Paris, France.
When will my order ship ?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as it does.
How soon will I receive my order ?
Delivery timeframes are as follows :
- France : 1 to 4 days
- Europe : 4 to 12 days (max 15 days in some cases)
- United States & Canada : 6 to 24 days (max 30 days in some cases)
- Australia & Japan : 12 to 30 days (max 40 days in some cases)
How do I check my order’s tracking ?
Once your package ships, you can follow up on its progress by clicking the « Track Package » button from your Shipping Confirmation email.
Please note that it can take a few days for tracking updates to be displayed. This does not necessarily indicate a lack of movement, so you shouldn’t worry about it as long as you are still within the delivery timeframe we specify.
If you haven’t received an Order confirmation or Shipping confirmation, please check your Spam folder and make sure your email settings are set to accept emails containing URL links.
Can I send a gift from Kurafuchi directly to someone ?
Absolutely ! Simply enter the shipping address of your gift’s recipient. We do not include prices on the wrappings, and every item comes in a ready-to-gift packaging.
If you’d like us to include a gift note, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org just after ordering so we can add a handwritten note to your gift.
Can I request a gift wrapping ?
All of our jewels arrive packaged and ready to gift :)
I made an error in my shipping address. How can I correct it ?
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, please email email@example.com with the correct address.
If the order has already shipped, unfortunately no change can be made and you’ll need to arrange re-routing with your local postal company, or wait until the package gets returned to us.
What is your shipping method ?
We use the national post for all our shipments. This means your package will be received and delivered by your country’s national Post, in your mailbox or in person. A signature can be required for deliveries of orders over 70 Euros.
Important : Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes & university campuses. If you used such an address and there is an issue with delivery, we will not be able to offer our assistance until the package is returned to us.
Do you offer express shipping ?
Apologies, we do not currently offer an express delivery option.
I have a coupon code. How do I use it ?
On the checkout page, enter the coupon code in the «Discount» textbox and click Apply. You can see the discount applied to your total cart value.
Only one coupon code can be used per order. Please note that we cannot refund a forgotten coupon after the order has been paid.
Do you offer bulk discounts or student discounts ?
Because we already aim to offer you the most affordable and transparent pricing on our jewelry, we do not offer these types of discounts. We do however run occasional Flash sales and special offers through our Social Media so make sure to follow us, or subscribe to our email list to receive our updates ! You can also find seasonal discounts in the « Sale » category of the site.
How do I cancel an order ?
You can only cancel an order if it hasn’t yet shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request.
What is your return & exchange policy ?
You can return unworn items within 14 days since delivery date.
Please note that we don't accept returns for :
- - earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
- - custom-sized and custom-colored items (= items made in a different size/length/color than the ones offered in the shop)
- - personalized items (name, initials, add-ons etc.)
Items must be returned in the same packaging they came in. Returns sent without the original packaging will be subjected to a 1.00€ fee deducted from the refund amount.
How do I return an item ?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number. We will give you the full instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's charge.
Will I have to pay custom / duty fees at delivery ?
There is no duty or customs fees for packages shipped within the European Union.
If the destination country is outside of the EU, depending on the order’s total value, custom fees may occur. Please understand that this is not something we can prevent or control and we cannot be responsible for these fees, which are charged and collected by your local government.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do ?
If the maximum delivery timeframe to your destination has passed and you haven’t received your package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
How do I find out my ring size ?
You can check your ring size two ways :
- by requesting a sizing in any jewelry store
- by measuring your finger’s circumference and finding the matching size using our Ring Size Chart, which you can find here.
To measure your finger, simply use a piece of thread wrapped around your finger, mark it with a pen, then measure it on a ruler. If you are ordering a ring as a gift and don’t know the appropriate size, we recommend borrowing a ring this person wears often and having the size checked at a jewelry store.
Do you have a physical store so I can come and try on the jewelry?
We’d love to have you ! We open to the public every Friday afternoon in our Parisian workshop, located in the South part of Paris. You’ll find details & map on our Facebook page Kurafuchi Jewelry.
I have a sensitive skin. Can I still wear your jewels ?
All of our jewels are entirely nickel-free, which greatly minimizes the chance of developing an allergy. However, some skins are extremely sensitive to all kinds of metal alloys, if that is your case we cannot guarantee that you won’t have a reaction and therefore we don’t recommend purchasing our jewelry.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewels ?
We offer a 6-month warranty on our jewelry. This covers breakage but does not cover wear-and-tear from regular use, or accidental damage caused by a misuse of the product.
If you have an issue with your jewel, simply email us with your name, address, order number (for online orders) and a photo of the jewel. We will get back to you with the most appropriate solution.
What do you mean when you say your products are vegan ?
This means we are against the exploitation of animals in all of its forms, and that we don’t support the use of any kind of animal-based products, whether in jewelry, clothing or food.
I am a store owner and I’d like to carry Kurafuchi. How can I place a wholesale order ?
We are grateful for your interest, unfortunately we do not sell to other businesses and we do not allow re-selling of our products at this time. If this policy changes in the future we’ll be sure to specify it here !
