You can return unworn items within 14 days since delivery date. The return shipping cost is at your charge.
Exchanges are processed as returns : we refund you for the returned item(s) and let you place a new order at your convenience.

Make sure to include a note with your name & order number with your return, otherwise we cannot locate the transaction for the refund.

Returned jewelry must be adequately protected against damages, by being shipped in the same packaging they came in.

If items are returned without their original packaging, a repackaging fee of 2 Euros will be deducted from the refund. If an item is damaged due to lack of proper packaging, the return may be refused. We also reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are showing signs of wear.

Once received, returns are processed within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been sent. 

If your order was placed with the free shipping option and the remaining order total no longer qualifies for it, the recalculated shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that we don't accept returns for :

• earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
• custom-sized and custom-colored items (= items made in a different size/length/color than the ones offered in the shop)
• personalized items (name, initials, add-ons etc.)
